Enhanced Care
Enhanced care is available to Pro, Premium and Premium Plus Accounts at £10.00 plus vat per month
We aim to clear problem within 10 hours (business clock hours are 8am to 8pm). If outage is attributed to suppliers and extends beyond 10 hours then the customer will be credited with 1 month of broadband service rental and enhanced care fees
Industry standard is 40 hours fix time with no compensation if fix time exceeds this
Our aim is 10 hours with monthly fee and enhanced care fee credited if this fails
